Phil’s Question

A very good question was posed about New York by Phil Scott of the African Diaspora News. “With all the black organizations there, why aren’t they standing up for the black people being targeted in the street by the NYPD?” We’ve also our own questions such as “Why aren’t Mayor Bill de Blasio or Governor Andrew Cuomo talking about the obvious abuse black people in the tri-state area, especially New York area are going through and doing something to protect them? The reason is New York never cared about its black population and have done everything to cover any mistreatment of them for years. New York has had some of the worst Police Departments and law authorities is in the history of the United States. Take for example the Central Park 5. All of which were framed at the 28th Precinct of Harlem. Its not a surprise to see black residents of Harlem as of late being beaten by none other than police officers who come from that same precinct. It’s tradition at this point. How many black institutions does the average person know to exist in Harlem currently? Another question: How many black politicians are there for New York and have we heard from them?

Where are the Black mass media reporters supporting us?

We have none.

So why are the black politicians not speaking up?

They are very comfortable well compensated white supremacist proxy employees. Most receive states funds and benefits and hoard those funds for family or close friends. They’d be great jeopardy of losing their business perks and statuses. That contract that will make them an instant millionaire on paper would be lost. For the friend of friends, the favor to use a street area to vend without a license would be gone. What will they do in exchange to make it to another day, if they are too lazy to work on themselves and accomplish goals in an honest manner? Violate the rights of another person that looks like them. White supremacy has made this very lucrative. They are not concerned with the poor black people who are being attacked, evicted from their homes, with no food or shelter for their families. For the most part, this new class of wealth among melanated people in Harlem, is partially responsible for displacing their own people due to the culmination of gentrification. This has happened all over the country, where other black people or non white people are paid to terrorize black tenants until they are physically forced out of their homes. The police rarely respond and when they do, they threaten the victim and refuse to write reports. Landlords are covered by the NYS courts especially the Landlord Tenant Courts with landlord sponsored clerks, that violate privacy by exposing personal information from the intake windows of the complainant. The landlord is made aware of motion brought against them before anyone can leave the court house. This was all before COVID-19.

Racist White Supremacy and COVID

Now that we are in the middle of a pandemic, should this be covered up over night? It should change, but it wont unless black people from all backgrounds stop letting the state and corporations that pay them and vice versa institute this new wave of meritorious manumission. Career criminals participate in this to continue to feel invincible and to freely hurt their own people; but not whites even if they live next door to them. There are federal programs that encourage black people, which are a large amount of the parolee and or probation population to hurt and kill other blacks in exchange for less jail time, no time, getting off of probation, immunity from committing crimes and help with getting on their feet. This includes monetary awards as well. Some could include the benefits they were already to receive as ex-convicts. Family members can also participate to help release their loved ones from incarceration early. We can call it COINTEL Pro 2.0. Are these perhaps the reasons why we see videos of beatings, while others are screaming unnecessarily and not assisting? This is not only due to fear, this is way of earning a living in such corrupt cities as NYC. People can barely afford rent and food. There are plenty other examples of this issue across the nation with our people, but one of the worst examples are New York. You hear crickets from AOC, the National Black Caucus, Al Sharpton head of the National Black Action Network, Sean “Diddy” Combs and all the mainstream favorites who so-called care for the black population. But no one has said anything about helping us. The same way they have not mentioned reparations (not HR 40), but daily we hear how trillions are being given away to restart our economy and to include giving more benefits people who are not citizens and ignoring black people, the debt of this nation to us and our businesses.

The Freeloaders

We have to take responsibility for not checking the freeloaders and white supremacist proxies of our people long before our current position. As long as it wasn’t them or someone close to them, there was not really as much talk about the atrocities that go on every day, such as the killing of our young people like Atatiana Jefferson, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and a host of others, who have died at the hands of the authorities and the very government agencies there to protect them. They did everything to hide their misdeeds from the public instead of ensuring justice. The suspected race soldiers became worse, because some of us didn’t care enough about what was going on across the street from us. Some of us watch, laugh and videotape, while the neighborhood or job snitch is attacking, stalking, jumping and all the above innocent black people. That’s the issue. This has been afoot for almost 60 years and none of the so-called activists did anything to stop the devolution of our communities. But they will introduce bills such as HR Quad 6 (HR 6666), which uses language that will be used to target Black Americans, HR 6800 (HEROS Act) that does not include Black Americans receiving any help. A great point Antonio Moore has made as of late is that, all of the government programs that a large amount of poor black people depend on, will be cut as a result of making up for the new bills coming into existence. There are more coming that we must check before they make it off the floor of the legislature. Now, when we see mass attacks on blacks in New York, everyone is asking Dr. Frances Cress Welsing’s famous speech question “Whats happening?”. How can that question be posed by our society when we’ve ignored countless deaths and pleas for help from our own people in our everyday lives over the last 6 decades. A death that is internationally broadcasted from another state or country is ignored even more because it is considered a remote issue. Some of us has become desensitized and others have become overly stimulated.

Our Imbalance

We can’t be upset about the imbalance in the black male and female relationship when there are countless videos of black women being left to fend for themselves when the police come to attack them. Also conversely, when we have black females who uphold a relationship with everyone and anything but the black male or intentionally introduces the government in to her home only to punish the male she was married to and or had children with. This is a direct result of a black person who acts as a WS proxy. This has to end, and it will end.

New York and California are usually the standard for all things in America as Nelly Fuller has stated. We have to protect each other because our lives depend on it. If there are going to be videos, let them exist to properly identify the murderers, by name , badge number and phenotype along with the incident. Losing control, yelling and crying does not add to a crime being resolved. Use this information to report wrong doing to every level All police have insurance bonds to work and if they act in bad faith under that insurance, they can be put out of work in law enforcement. Learn how to do this for any state you live in here.

Stop letting race solders entrap you into doing crimes because you don’t know your rights or because you cannot accept the earlier decisions you made in life that put you in a difficult situation. No more accepting any form of meritorious manumission. Anyone caught doing so should not be allowed in our culture or community. Contact all of the links of all politicians you find in this article and ask what are they doing to protect the black citizens in New York from abuse and murder? Let us know the answer you receive and be persistent. If they don’t respond with a plan that will work , don’t support them and express your dissent. Always be careful with your information.

If we don’t speak up, then prepare to see your loved ones posted all over the news as the next victim of a police lynching. You are possibly next. Support our real grassroots efforts to counter this global issue. Next, pay attention to all bills, laws, regulations, supreme court decisions, and public service government positions that are being filled currently. Respond to everything that violates our constitutional rights by contacting the law makers responsible for allowing it. Again, always be careful with your information. Last but not least, Know Your Rights, know the law and use it correctly. Until then, we will continue to be under slave status.

Boukman’s Prayer

The god who created the earth; who created the sun that gives us light. The god who holds up the ocean; who makes the thunder roar. Our God who has ears to hear. You who are hidden in the clouds; who watch us from where you are. You see all that the white has made us suffer. The white man’s god asks him to commit crimes. But the god within us wants to do good. Our god, who is so good, so just, He orders us to revenge our wrongs. It’s He who will direct our arms and bring us the victory. It’s He who will assist us. We all should throw away the image of the white men’s god who is so pitiless. Listen to the voice for liberty that speaks in all our hearts.
